• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned brands and central functions from role scoping to offer stage and closing. • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, hiring process design, and assessment quality. • Conduct structured screening interviews aligned with our competency framework. • Use data to monitor pipeline health, improve time-to-hire, time-to-fill and identify bottlenecks. • Contribute to continuous process improvement projects and improve tooling within the TA team.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within SaaS, technology, or startup environments. • Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Leadership). • Excellent senior stakeholder management and advisory skills - you can influence, guide and challenge senior leaders. • Structured interviewing skills and strong evaluation acumen; familiar with competency-based assessment. • Results-oriented, highly organized, data-literate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setup with a sense of urgency. • Familiar with AI tooling utilization in Talent Acquisition. • Strong written and verbal communication in English. • Experience working in global, remote-first environments.
