• Support the use and administration of the NextStage CRM platform. • Assist with building, tracking, and maintaining GovCon sales pipelines. • Conduct PWIN (Probability of Win) calculations and assessments. • Provide support in capture and business development efforts, including opportunity tracking and follow-up. • Research and identify new GovCon opportunities using platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, and agency forecasts. • Ensure data integrity and timeliness of updates within the CRM. • Collaborate with capture managers and proposal teams to align pipeline with strategic priorities. • Generate reports and dashboards to support executive-level decision making.
• Proven experience supporting GovCon business development and capture efforts. • Strong understanding of the government contracting lifecycle. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably NextStage (or ability to learn quickly). • Familiarity with PWIN methodologies and pipeline management best practices. • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills. • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
