📋 Description

• Work with country and global stakeholders to identify root causes and map current and future processes • Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with I&T to deliver system fixes • Plan and run end-to-end UAT, including scope, testers, data, test scripts, defects, and sign-off • Track improvement requests through delivery • Manage risks and dependencies • Keep documentation current • Hand over cleanly to the permanent team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA or sales operations improvement experience • Ability to own delivery from day one • Opportunity-to-Order know-how across quoting, ordering, and handoffs between sales, operations, and technology • Experience with CRM and quoting tools • Strong requirements, process mapping, and hands-on UAT skills • Confident stakeholder management across countries and teams • Salesforce or CPQ experience is a bonus; other CRM and quoting platforms also count • Multinational, shared services, or global transformation background is a bonus • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled improvements is a bonus
