📋 Description

• Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales Reps. • Assist Sales Reps in creating quotes and placing orders. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and notify departments of processing issues. • Liaise with vendors and sales on orders and stock availability. • Collate and generate daily summary of sales and backorder reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Identify process improvements and efficiency gains.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field. • Impeccable verbal and written English skills. • Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space and a reliable, high speed internet connection. • Strong customer-centric mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Keen attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. • Exceptional self-motivation with ability to manage multiple projects. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
