📋 Description

• Lead a product team focused on complex challenges in global workforce enablement • Work across engineering, design, data, and business functions to develop and execute solutions • Prioritize and deliver high-value product initiatives with measurable outcomes • Balance long-term innovation with rapid delivery • Champion the customer voice through qualitative insights, data, and market research • Lead product discovery, validate ideas, test assumptions, and run experiments • Collaborate to deliver customer-centric products and exceptional user experiences • Translate complex concepts into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action • Align business and technology teams around shared goals and outcomes • Drive product launches and adoption with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Own product success from concept to delivery, defining metrics and continuously optimizing performance • Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver products and features effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading products from discovery through delivery, with a track record of impactful outcomes • Strong product management expertise balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical priorities • Experience leading product discovery, validating problems, testing ideas, and shaping solutions • Commercial awareness of customer outcomes and business performance • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Collaborative mindset with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Data-driven decision-making using metrics and insights • Passion for continuous learning and innovation • Fluent English language skills • Experience in HR Tech, Payroll, or Workforce Management is highly advantageous
