📋 Description

• Develop a national multi-channel used car sales strategy across retail, direct, online, wholesale, and additional suitable channels • Collaborate with Used Car Business Management to define remarketing strategies with Sales and Services Partners/Networks • Develop and negotiate remarketing strategies with 2C and 2B partners and networks • Implement used-car operations processing • Consult and manage partners/networks to ensure implementation of used-car business goals and strategies • Manage performance and accelerate various used car sales channels • Achieve targeted sales volumes and high profits through quick stock rotation • Develop the MG remarketing brand and identify suitable intra-brand remarketing capabilities for each product • Support temporary tasks related to Used Car, Leasing, Financial Services, and Sales Department activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in used car sales in the automotive industry • Extensive experience with sales and marketing in the used car business • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong IT/MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint • High negotiation capabilities involving large volumes and financial amounts • High flexibility in time, location, and multiple solutions • Excellent sales skills and high execution capability • Valid driving license • Willingness to travel at least 30% • Fluent spoken and written German • Proficient level of English
