📋 Description

• Actively participate in the sales process and work closely with direct and channel sales teams • Discover and understand customer requirements and align SailPoint solutions to those requirements • Present SailPoint business functions, value, and competitive differences • Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers • Assist in developing RFP responses with the RFP response team • Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations • Provide feedback to Product Management on product enhancements • Learn the Identity Security and Identity Management space • Handle initial demos and discussions in IGA • Develop presentation, negotiation, Challenger Sales, technical discovery, and messaging skills • Coordinate with Account Executives before and after client calls, tying presentations to business value • Build technical collateral for organization-wide use • Grow familiarity with IT audits, regulatory frameworks, SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA • Speak at national or regional conferences and meet ups • Articulate SailPoint’s business value as a strategic sale • Communicate with clients outside IT, including HR, Finance, risk management, counsel, and lines of business • Support Iberia sales regions for Enterprise accounts • Travel approximately 25% within Portugal

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise B2B software company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories • Conversant in modern SaaS architecture • Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable • 3+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions is preferred • Technical pre-sales experience in complex enterprise environments • Thorough understanding of Identity, Governance, User Administration, and Access Management • Exceptional communication skills • High EQ and expertise in discovering customer requirements • Ability to articulate and demonstrate enterprise solutions aligned to business outcomes • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English • Residence in Portugal • Ability and flexibility to travel within Portugal; approximately 25% travel • BA/BS or global equivalent is preferred, not required • 8 years of related experience is stated in the education section
