📋 Description

• Support the APJ sales team by structuring pricing and providing quotations for customers and partners • Assist with overflow from AMS and EMEA geographies as needed • Work with Sales, Product/Pricing, Finance, and Contracts teams to build and approve pricing and deal structures • Use CPQ and related tools to issue quotation documents for customer or partner signature • Maintain current product knowledge of the SailPoint product suite and components • Map non-standard complex deals and advise on appropriate pricing models • Ensure discounts and payment terms comply with company guidelines • Monitor and pursue pricing exception approvals, escalating when appropriate • Verify forecast accuracy by ensuring the correct quote is reflected on Salesforce opportunities • Verify account legal entity names and billing addresses on paperwork • Conduct post-close audits to ensure SKU and support information are correctly copied to contract records • Complete onboarding, training, quote approvals, closed-deal reviews, sales-team support, CPQ enablement, and process-improvement or cross-functional projects as responsibilities expand

🎯 Requirements

• Japanese speaker • Experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.com • Experience with quoting tools, ideally Salesforce CPQ • Excellent attention to detail • Understanding of subscription and perpetual models desirable • Ability to manage sales-team expectations under tight deadlines and changing priorities • Aptitude for managing partner discounting and margins • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe DC • Mathematically inclined and data driven • Highly responsive with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage workload with minimal oversight
