📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations throughout the customer journey, connecting HubSpot with APIs from internal and third-party systems • Use Workflows with Custom Code (Node.js/Python), REST APIs, webhooks, and object associations • Enhance the CRM structure (objects, properties, and associations), as well as optimize forms and assets • Work with CMS/HubL concepts in HubSpot • Orchestrate complex automations and workflows using Zapier (Platform UI/CLI), n8n (self-hosted), and/or Workato (recipes/API recipes) • Ensure OAuth 2.0 authentication and resilience through webhooks • Develop and operate messaging bots and integrations, such as Blip and WhatsApp Cloud API • Configure webhooks and message templates • Ensure integration observability and reliability by implementing logs, metrics, and traces • Define SLOs/SLIs and lead blameless postmortems • Create and maintain up-to-date runbooks and alerts • Ensure traceability and rapid incident response • Collaborate in Git repositories, conducting code reviews and pull requests within CI/CD pipelines • Ensure tool governance and security by applying least privilege, secrets management, and access controls • Produce clear technical documentation and well-structured PRs while maintaining a collaborative, inclusive, and best-practice-oriented approach

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the field • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field • Hands-on experience primarily with Python for creating and maintaining automations, API integrations, and data manipulation • Solid experience building, maintaining, and orchestrating system integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 (Authorization Code / Client Credentials), and Workflows with Custom Code (Node.js/Python) • Experience with CRM and messaging platforms (such as HubSpot, Blip, or WhatsApp Cloud API) and custom integrations • Experience with SQL, with strong analytical skills to create reports, interpret data, and turn it into business metrics • Familiarity with Git best practices, CI/CD, trunk-based development, and Semantic Versioning • Experience defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs, using runbooks, tracking metrics, and leading blameless postmortems • Ability to write clear technical documentation, create well-structured PRs, and work collaboratively and inclusively in multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools (such as HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, or Workato) for creating and managing complex automated workflows (highlighted) • Knowledge of observability and distributed monitoring with OpenTelemetry (highlighted) • Experience publishing and versioning integrations with Zapier CLI or Workato API Recipes (highlighted) • Interest in or experience with AI applications for automation and RevOps, using agents with function/tool calling integrated with CRMs and customer service platforms (highlighted)
