📋 Description

• responsible for leading and coordinating Field Service Engineers in Northern Germany and Poland • ensure high-quality technical support, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience throughout the region • translate departmental and company strategy into operational execution • work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support an integrated customer journey • foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous development • act as a mentor, coach, and facilitator, creating a safe environment in which team members can perform, grow, and contribute to shared success

🎯 Requirements

• A higher education degree with a technical or engineering specialization • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers • Proven experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams • Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills • Strong organizational and performance management capabilities • An understanding of industry-specific regulations, such as IVDR and ISO13485, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into compliant processes, governance structures, and quality standards • Fluency in English and proficiency in German • Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or a related regulated industry is preferred.
