📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and coordinating Field Service Engineers in Northern Germany and Poland. • Ensure high-quality technical support, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience throughout the region. • Translate departmental and company strategy into operational execution. • Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support an integrated customer journey. • Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous development as a people leader.

🎯 Requirements

• A higher education degree with a technical or engineering specialization. • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers. • Proven experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams. • Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and performance management capabilities. • An understanding of industry-specific regulations, such as IVDR and ISO13485, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into compliant processes, governance structures, and quality standards. • Fluency in English and proficiency in German. • Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or a related regulated industry is preferred.
