📋 Description

• Lead weekly update construction conferences with clients • Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordination with the design team • Coordinate with all parties involved during construction phases – including clients, project managers, vendors, contractors, landlords, building departments, etc. • Create Method of Procedure (MOPs) for clients detailing each step of a specific task on a project • Ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments through customized HVAC, generator, and utility solutions • Develop client Method of Procedures for project execution • Review construction drawings, maintain schedules, and update the client portal • Build strong client relationships through high quality project delivery • Update schedule using online construction portal (Project Mates)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field. • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward • Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm • Basic understanding of Building Automation/ Management systems • Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines.
