• Conduct sales meetings (calls) with qualified leads • Close high-ticket sales (R$ 40k to R$ 280k) • Operate in short sales cycles (2 to 3 days) • Participate in in-person events (1 to 2 weekends per month) • Apply consultative sales techniques (SPIN Selling, etc.) • Manage pipeline and opportunities in the CRM • Work in partnership with SDRs to maximize conversions
• Proven experience as a Closer or high-performance Sales Executive • Experience with high-ticket sales • Experience in B2B sales (business owners) • Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN, closing, negotiation) • Experience with CRM (plus: HubSpot) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Availability to work required hours/schedule • Experience in the digital market, infoproducts, or educational market (plus) • Knowledge of digital marketing • English
• Employment type: PJ (contractor) — Hybrid (São Paulo – Brooklin) • In-office: 3 days per week • Remote: 2 days per week • In-person events: 1 to 2 weekends per month (availability required) • Base salary + uncapped commission (unlimited earning potential) — Possibility of earnings (base + commission) above R$ 10,000 • Monthly awards and incentive campaigns • Strong meritocracy culture • Interaction with major market players • Fast-paced, high-performance environment
