• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a collaborative team to solve technical problems • Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technology, integration principles, and process orchestration • Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) • Exceptional executive presence with solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Willingness and ability to travel based on territory alignment • Proven experience working in a customer-facing role • Industry experience in Healthcare Payers (understanding of regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and security) • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Health Cloud) and/or previous experience as a solution/sales engineer
