• Lead executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagements to align on experience strategy • Define where artificial intelligence (AI) agents can autonomously solve customer needs • Connect business landscape analysis and industry expertise to experience opportunities • Visualize and prototype ideas and partner with Agentic Experience and UX teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams • Proven ability to build and sustain experience strategy • Strong business acumen across strategy, design thinking, and agile/experimentation methods • Foundational understanding of Salesforce composable architecture, Data Cloud, and Agentforce • Deep expertise in at least one industry
