🎯 Requirements

• コンピューターサイエンスまたは同等の経験の学士号 • 文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力 • エンジニアリング、プログラミング、またはテクニカルサポートの実務経験 • ウェブ、アプリケーション、データベースサーバーの役割などシステム構成の理解 • Webアプリケーションの開発・デバッグ経験 • HTML、JavaScript、CSSなどのWeb技術に関するトラブルシューティング/原因切り分けのスキル • データベースの概念、データ管理（RDBMS）、SQLの経験 • ネットワークおよびデータ通信技術の理解：DNS、SSL、ファイアウォール、各種通信プロトコルの全般知識 • 日本語（流暢な会話および読み書き）/ 英語（読み書き必須、会話尚可） • Salesforce製品またはその他のクラウドベースのテクノロジーの経験 • カスタマーサポートまたはカスタマーサービスでのお客様対応の実務経験 • eコマースプラットフォームでの業務経験 • Salesforce認定資格（推奨） • Certified Salesforce Administrator（推奨） • Certified Application Builder（推奨） • Certified B2C Commerce Developer（推奨）
