📋 Description

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to craft and implement customer solutions in Brazil • Work with Salesforce customer account teams to ensure customer success with the platform • Act as a Trusted Advisor and subject matter expert for clients • Guide customers and partners through implementation projects using Salesforce standard methodologies • Deliver billable technical consulting and advisory services, including workshops, design and code reviews, architecture workshops, training, development, integrations, optimizations, and technical query support • Assess business and technology requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Plan, organize, and lead customer and partner project teams • Continuously develop expertise in Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud and related technologies • Contribute to thought leadership and share knowledge within the Salesforce community

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Consulting or Professional Services Delivery role • Intermediate Spanish and English skills • Technical skills across relevant technologies • Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration • Salesforce Platform experience preferred • Professional Services or consulting experience in customer-facing environments preferred • Application Development experience preferred • Agile project methodology experience preferred
