📋 Description

• Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects • Deliver end-to-end solutions meeting client requirements • Lead discovery sessions and design workshops • Capture client needs and translate them into technical designs • Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, MuleSoft, or custom ETL solutions • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Build trusted client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify further engagement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization • Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build trust with internal teams and external clients • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies preferred
