📋 Description

• Architect, design, and build the core components of the Builder Platform, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, authentication services, and platform SDKs. • Treat documentation, consistency, testing, and ease-of-use as first-class product features. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to deliver exceptional developer experiences for internal and external consumers. • Take ownership of features from initial concept and design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance in a modern, cloud-based environment. • Develop high-performance, fault-tolerant services, focusing on security, latency, and scalability to handle growing platform traffic and developer usage. • Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams to align on architectural standards, share best practices, and ensure seamless integration across the wider OneVest technology stack. • Contribute to the development of internal automation tools and pipelines that enhance team efficiency and improve deployment reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably building scalable API-driven backend systems, B2B platforms, or shared services. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Deep understanding of modern API design principles, service-oriented architectures (SOA), and experience working with technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and messaging queues. • Demonstrated commitment to rigorous engineering practices, including unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and robust observability (logging, metrics, tracing). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues across distributed systems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical designs clearly to peers and product stakeholders.
