📋 Description
• Engage in in-depth business and systems analysis with an emphasis on IT integration within the banking sector • Manage changes end-to-end by documenting requirements, aligning with product and engineering teams, and accepting deliverables • Coordinate across Customer Service, Credit Product, Risk, Collections, and other departments • Create BRDs, FSDs, specifications, User Stories, Test Cases, and Use Cases • Apply systems thinking, participate in testing, and collaborate with development teams to drive innovation and excellence • Investigate incidents and escalations, trace root causes, and convert findings into lasting process or system fixes • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities to improve service quality, speed, and efficiency • Translate customer-service and debit-business needs into structured requirements actionable by product and engineering teams • Own the full loop from requirements gathering through delivery acceptance across debit portfolios
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years as a business analyst or similar role in fintech, banking, or a digital company • Experience describing and optimizing business processes using BPMN, user flows, and use cases • Ability to make decisions and balance development costs with business objectives • Basic SQL skills • Experience with BI dashboards such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar • Understanding of CRM systems and ticketing platforms • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills • English proficiency at B2+ • Nice to have: knowledge of credit products including POS lending and revolving credit • Nice to have: understanding of the credit lifecycle, including origination, servicing, delinquency, and restructuring • Nice to have: experience in a regulated environment • Nice to have: Jira and Confluence experience
