📋 Description
• Support the Risk stream in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions • Conduct business and systems analysis focused on IT integration in banking • Implement, analyse, optimise, and automate banking IT systems and processes • Propose transformative solutions and innovative operational improvements • Use data analytics and customer feedback to guide decisions • Collaborate with Risk and Operations teams on debt collection and fraud prevention processes • Explore vendor and product integrations • Collaborate with Product Owners, development, design, and other internal stakeholders • Support rigorous A/B testing and effective troubleshooting • Create BRDs, FSDs, specifications, User Stories, Test Cases, and Use Cases • Apply systems thinking, participate in testing, and collaborate with development teams • Take ownership of discovery, requirements documentation, and delivery support during the first three months • Lead integrations and automation initiatives within 6–9 months
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, IT integration, or a FinTech environment • Ability to navigate and improve FinTech processes and IT systems • Expertise in specifications, databases, software tools, problem-solving, and testing methodologies • Exceptional decision-making skills balancing development costs with business objectives • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Experience using APIs, system logs such as Splunk, SQL, and DBMS principles • Previous startup experience in organizations of 100–300 people is a plus • Proven track record developing successful financial products is a plus • English proficiency required
