📋 Description

• Own client data verification and update processes end-to-end, from diagnosing current gaps to designing and implementing solutions • Build and evolve an internal Creatio module from the ground up for daily use by the Operations team • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes for manual client data verification and updates • Develop the internal Creatio module, including user scenarios, workflow logic, and ongoing improvements • Identify bottlenecks, redundant manual work, and automation opportunities • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and system requirements • Support implementation with the engineering team • Define and track operational metrics including processing speed, queue status, verification status, and process efficiency • Use SQL to analyze data and find root causes • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, Antifraud, and Engineering to align requirements and build end-to-end processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role • Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, with BPMN or similar visualization tools • Experience working with internal IT systems • Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements • Experience supporting implementation with engineering • Working-level SQL; able to independently investigate data, test hypotheses, and find root causes of issues • Data-driven approach; able to define and analyze operational metrics, assess process efficiency, and propose improvements independently • Working English for business communication • Ability to discuss processes, align requirements, and work with international teams
