📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and formalize requirements for financial services and systems • Design logic for accounting processes - GL, postings, fees, products • Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and fix them • Prepare technical specs and task definitions for development teams • Work with finance, product, and IT stakeholders to align solutions • Control implementation: participate in testing and acceptance • Own tasks through to production release.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years as a business or system analyst • Experience with financial systems or financial processes • Understanding of accounting principles, GL experience is a strong plus • Strong system analysis and decomposition skills • Reverse engineering skills • Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders • English B2 — you'll work with international stakeholders.
