• Translate operational and business requirements into structured product specifications: mock-ups, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Work closely with operations teams to understand their day-to-day work and transform it into clear, efficient processes • Design operational interfaces and the workflows behind them • Ensure that processes meet regulatory requirements and fit into existing customer and operational journeys • Connect processes to the underlying systems, assess current integration capabilities, and define required changes • Support the migration and extension of existing functionality on the new platform • Hand specifications over to development and support testing, release, acceptance, and stakeholder demos • Investigate operational issues using logs and system data
• 3+ years of experience as a business or system analyst in banking or financial services • Hands-on experience designing operational interfaces, complex objects, and workflows • Experience working closely with operations teams and embedding new processes into existing journeys • Experience designing compliant processes in financial services • Understanding of integrations: APIs, queues, and data exchange • Experience using logs and data to investigate issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams • English B2 — you’ll work with international colleagues • Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: • - Customer/contact management, master-data systems such as CRM or MDM, and KYC/AML processes • - Core banking operations, including accounts, transactions, and postings; GL/accounting exposure is a plus
