📋 Description

• As part of our engineering team, you ensure that critical infrastructures remain secure and operational. • You implement modern IAM solutions in complex cloud environments, combining highest security standards with technological innovation. • Build and configure IAM/PAM solutions (e.g., Keycloak, Zitadel), including role models, RBAC/ABAC and provisioning • Integrate applications via OAuth2, OIDC, SAML or SCIM – including testing and troubleshooting • Implement JIT/JEA concepts and minimal standing privileges • Implement role/right workflows, attestations and recertifications • Technical implementation of policies using Terraform, OPA or comparable tools • Integrate IAM into build and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins) • Connect cloud services and container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) to central identity services • Technically migrate existing AD/IAM structures to modern cloud or private-cloud environments • Analyze authentication flows, perform security hardening and ensure auditability

🎯 Requirements

• Initial IAM experience: hands-on experience with IAM solutions (Keycloak, Zitadel or comparable identity platforms) • Experience with PAM and secret management solutions (e.g., Teleport & HashiCorp Vault) and consistent application of principles such as Least Privilege and Zero Trust • Hands-on experience in modern cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud) and working with APIs • Confident use of CI/CD and IaC tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform or Ansible • Knowledge of Kubernetes or comparable platform technologies • Experience in agile setups (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and interdisciplinary teams • Structured way of working and confident communication with technical teams and management levels • Very good German: spoken and written – especially for documentation and coordination in the government/defence context
