• You will be predominantly working in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier. • You conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up. • You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets. • You present live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment. • You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.
• Whether you have worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality. • Initial experience in sales or customer-facing part-time jobs is a strong plus. • You enjoy being out on the road, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen well, solve problems, and present yourself professionally. • Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently besides German or English.
