The platform provides transparent pricing, order and claims management, flexible payment terms, fast delivery and local customer support, enabling chefs to source ingredients from over 50 suppliers and 1,000+ products worldwide. Saltz. app targets VAT-verified business customers and emphasizes removing middlemen to simplify food sourcing for hospitality businesses.

📋 Description

• Build Saltz.App in your city! • Identify new gastronomy businesses, meet chefs and managers, explain the app, and support them with their orders. • You will be primarily working in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. • Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that truly simplifies their daily work. • You will conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up. • You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding your targets. • You present live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment. • You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you know the fast-paced world of gastronomy. Career changers are welcome! • Some prior experience in sales or in customer-facing part-time roles is a big plus • You enjoy being out and about, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally • Bonus: you speak additional languages fluently besides German or English
