📋 Description

• Prospect, reach out to, and qualify potential customers • Analyze and qualify incoming leads • Forward qualified leads to the sales team • Help companies make data-driven decisions in line with the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) • Keep an up-to-date record of customer interactions in our CRM • Monitor metrics and KPIs to optimize processes and drive better results.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese • Ability to maintain an organized work environment and manage tasks efficiently • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Goal- and results-oriented • Familiarity with CRM tools
