📋 Description

• Provide oversight and support for multiple physical security sites and programs • Ensure assigned locations operate efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations • Monitor site performance, staffing levels, scheduling practices, and operational readiness • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence • Support site leadership in resolving operational challenges and implementing corrective actions when necessary • Ensure consistency in security operations, reporting, and service delivery across all assigned locations • Partner with Site Managers, Security Managers, and Operations Leadership to achieve organizational objectives • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned clients • Ensure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, state licensing regulations, and applicable laws • Assist with the implementation of new security programs, site expansions, and operational transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted • Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience within physical security, contract security, law enforcement, military, or related industries • Experience overseeing multiple locations, programs, or operational teams • Strong understanding of security operations, workforce management, and regulatory compliance • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
