• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and specialized roles • Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies • Conduct candidate assessments and facilitate offer negotiations • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines • Provide operational leadership for recruitment services • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends for decision-making
• College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • CHRP, CHRL, Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), or equivalent professional designation • Minimum 5 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience • Experience utilizing Workday and related talent acquisition technologies • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices • Experience in a national, complex, multi-site organization • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
