📋 Description

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the STAGES pilot across participating corps and communities, ensuring activities are delivered on time and aligned to project objectives. • Support evaluation and reporting activities, including data collection, participant feedback processes, and collaboration with evaluation partners. • Coordinate training, coaching, and participant engagement activities, managing logistics, communications, and stakeholder liaison. • Contribute to the development, testing, refinement, and documentation of intercultural resources, tools, and frameworks based on pilot learnings. • Support post-pilot implementation planning, including continuous improvement initiatives, resource development, and preparation for broader program rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or certification in community engagement/development, social work, theology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience working respectfully and collaboratively with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, with excellent cross-cultural communication, empathy, and cultural competency. • Good understanding of Christian theology, pastoral sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and faith traditions. • Employee Working with Children Check QLD Mandatory. • National Police Check. • Valid Driver Licence (desirable).
