📋 Description

• Ensure largest customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability through strategic results • Lead strategic customer engagements and recommend workflow transformations • Orchestrate executive business reviews for complex partnerships • Influence internal roadmaps across departments to drive customer initiatives • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role • Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence required for high-stakes partnerships • Track record of anticipating strategic obstacles and resolving complex challenges • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels • Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Up to 25-40% travel required
