📋 Description

• Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers • Define the 3-year vision and technical roadmap for AI deployment across GTM systems • Direct the creation of production-grade AI models, consumption forecasting engines, and automated data pipelines • Set execution standards for AI-generated analysis and model outputs • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and RevOps leaders on data models • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or revenue technology • 5+ years managing other people managers in a complex, high-growth technical ecosystem • Proven hands-on background in modern AI architectures • Large Language Model orchestration • Complex data modeling • Production-level SQL/BigQuery paradigms • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical language to business context • Must reside in the United States
