📋 Description

• Drive delivery of various IT Support & Services projects. • Be the expert point of contact for all IT Hardware Ordering. • Complete Inventory and hardware forecasting each quarter/year. • Analyze current laptop management processes, and optimize these to build for scale. • Develop relationship with IT vendors in various parts of the world, to service new and existing offices. • Manage IT’s engagement with the rest of the business including gathering requirements, coordinating resources, planning timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. • Assist in managing SaaS vendor relationships and leveraging tooling optimization for better forecasting for renewals. • Drive operational excellence: Develop a deep understanding of IT operations (financials, services, performance metrics, SLA’s, etc.) and work with IT management to provide rich context and drive decision-making. • Develop, evaluate, and refine business processes and propose strategies for improvement. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical or project management capacity, working in an IT organization & owning hardware/asset management. • Excellent analytical, financial & budgeting skills. • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tool. • Must reside in Canada.
