📋 Description
• Drive delivery of IT Engineering and Services projects • Act as Scrum Master for the IT Engineering and Services team • Manage IT’s engagement with the rest of the business including gathering requirements, coordinating resources, planning timelines, and communicating with stakeholders • Drive operational excellence: Develop a deep understanding of IT operations (financials, services, performance metrics, SLA’s, etc.) and work with IT management to provide rich context and drive decision-making • Develop, evaluate, and refine business processes and propose strategies for improvement • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices
🎯 Requirements
• 8 years of experience in an IT project management capacity • Excellent JIRA skills & experience with JIRA configuration • Experience managing Scrums, especially in the IT environment, and Agile and Kanban methodologies • Must reside in Canada
