📋 Description

• Assist Go To Market team by leading coordination and execution of pipeline generation initiatives • Deliver product insights and monitor execution and performance in key operational activities • Help coordinate the multi-year planning process (ACV, headcount, spend) and international expansion work streams • Identify and drive sales and pipe-gen improvement initiatives partnering with GTM leadership and marketing • Leverage data to drive sales productivity: identify challenges, diagnose issues, and define and implement programs to improve productivity • Define initiatives to drive longer-term strategic planning using data-rich problem-solving (competitive analyses, market size analysis, market trends analysis) • Own prospect list quality and sufficiency across multiple sales segments and geographies • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the organization scales globally

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a management consulting firm and/or Sales Operations / Business Operations Environment • Experience in collaborating and partnering with GTM and Marketing • Excellent analytical skills; mastery of Excel or equivalent tool is mandatory • Passion for building and scaling high performing businesses • Experience within the Tech Industry • Strong communication skills with business fluency in English, both written and verbal • Bias-to-action and hands-on attitude • Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment as we scale up our teams in EMEA • Eager to gain experience as an operator and to be accountable for business performance outcomes (ideal) • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Tableau reporting are an advantage (ideal) • Project experience / start-up experience in a sales and business development function (ideal) • Willing and able to travel occasionally to other Samsara offices (ideal)
