• Develop and execute channel sales and marketing plans as well as multi-year revenue and profit strategies. • Create and maintain joint business plans which reflect customer, consumer and channel needs. • Lead the formation of multi-level business partnerships and negotiation of contracts. • Perform core-selling activities including sales cycle management, price negotiation and financial reporting. • Create new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, brokers, and distributors. • Be a highly visible leader with both clients and internal stakeholders. • Involved in the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Minimum seven (7) years of strategic sales experience in a CPG/contract manufacturing environment • Bachelor’s Degree preferred ; High School Diploma required • Ability to lead and prioritize projects, budgets, resources, and be highly accountable • Time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to be self-motivated • Strong verbal, written and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint) • Customer focused, detail oriented, with strong analytical skills • Consistent track record of forecast accuracy and understand the importance of inventory management • Ability to travel 35% of the time
