📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters • Analyze documents and draft legal pleadings • Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings • Conduct legislative research and case law analysis • Support the preparation of reports and legal opinions • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical accuracy of casework • Provide initial client assistance under supervision • Contribute to the firm’s organization and efficiency and to the quality of legal deliverables • Review and analyze, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and judicial settlements • Draft initial petitions, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under supervision • Gather relevant information from clients and advise them on legal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or legal department • Knowledge of civil law and civil procedure • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
