📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters; • Analyze and review contracts, legal documents, and settlement agreements under guidance; • Review relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients’ positions and minimize risks in cases of default; • Draft initial complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of mid-level or senior attorneys; • Meet procedural deadlines and formal requirements; • Provide initial client support by gathering relevant information and offering guidance on legal procedures; • Assist the legal team with legislative research, case law analysis, and the preparation of reports and legal opinions; • Contribute to the firm’s organization and efficiency and to the quality of legal deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with an active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or in a legal department; • Knowledge of civil law and civil procedure; • Legal research; • Drafting and preparing procedural filings; • Deadline and case management; • Negotiation skills; • Professional ethics.
