📋 Description

• Provide legal services to the firm’s clients across a range of matters • Review documents and draft pleadings and other legal filings • Support negotiations and develop strategies to maximize case outcomes and mitigate risks • Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and contribute to the achievement of targets and legal certainty • Act as a negotiator and conflict-resolution specialist, ensuring efficient, results-oriented solutions • Handle multiple stages of legal proceedings, from reviewing and drafting contracts to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Organize and oversee legal advisory activities, ensuring the compliance of commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices • Manage and monitor the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases in coordination with clients • Guide the review and development of pleadings and legal documents • Prepare litigation and legal-contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system • Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity • Assess risks, conduct legal assessments, and recommend legal alternatives to support the firm’s objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are an advantage • Specialization in areas such as Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law • At least 6 months of experience at a law firm or in a corporate legal department • Advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings and contract review • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of pleadings • Deadline and case management • Professional ethics

• Payment of BRL 15.00 per act for each defense submitted • Fixed monthly payment of BRL 4,000.00 during the first three months • Position also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)
