📋 Description
• Provide legal advice and counsel in civil, labor, and corporate law • Act in conflict resolution and preserve commercial relationships • Provide legal support in general litigation and debt recovery • Draft and review contracts • Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Advise on critical decisions based on technical expertise • Develop efficient, tailored legal solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Experience at collection law firms or legal departments focused on debt recovery • Proven experience in monitory (order for payment) and enforcement proceedings • Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law • Minimum of 6 months' experience in general litigation and debt recovery • Proficiency in Civil Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Procedure • Knowledge of Labor Law and labor litigation (Labor Procedure) • Proven experience managing complex civil, labor, and administrative cases • Experience in legal research, drafting, and preparation of pleadings and procedural documents • Management of deadlines and legal processes • Negotiation skills and professional ethics
