📋 Description

• Build targeted customer lists and scripts from internal databases to support Customer Marketing initiatives across direct mail and email channels. • Develop, maintain, and monitor the health of SQL-based data pipelines supporting marketing programs. • Develop a deep understanding of the business purpose behind each marketing engine to ensure data systems are optimized for business and campaign needs. • Establish and maintain basic reporting frameworks, define KPIs and analytical best practices, and report on business outcomes tied to marketing tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis experience with direct experience with data analysis with business applications. • Ideally experience as an ETL Programmer, Business Analyst or Data Analyst. • Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management discipline required. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and distill data into actionable business insights. • Strong interest and aptitude for working with complex data sets to support decision-making. • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, understand stakeholder needs, and deliver timely, high-quality analysis. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or Marketing is required.
