📋 Description

• Responsible for using advanced, non-machine-learning analytic techniques to investigate well-defined business questions, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable insights. • Partner closely with management and stakeholders to clearly define problems, explore and analyze data, and present results in a way that drives business decisions. • Use SQL and Excel to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track core KPIs and business performance for executive stakeholders. • Translate analytic findings into a clear, compelling narrative supported by charts, figures, and tables. • Develop professional, polished presentations in PowerPoint, delivering insights and recommendations to senior level technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis is required. • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Excel including data visualization experience required. • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leaders. • Detail-oriented and data savvy, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proven ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. • Strong foundation in statistics, with ability to apply appropriate analytic techniques. • Experience working in the cable/telecom industry is highly desirable. • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
