📋 Description

• Lead finance and accounting integration activities for Day 1 legal close and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit • Develop and manage detailed integration workplans, timelines, and functional roadmaps • Coordinate end-to-end integration planning across accounting operations, financial controls, and systems • Design and document future-state finance processes, workflows, and organizational structures • Support ERP and financial system transition and cutover activities • Map seller chart of accounts (COA) to buyer COA for reporting and operational continuity • Coordinate and document purchase price accounting (PPA) and opening balance sheet entries • Develop Day 1 close plans, accounting timelines, and transition milestones • Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across integration activities • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to finance and accounting integration • Support disengagement planning from seller-provided accounting and financial TSAs • Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive-level communication throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• **Required Qualifications** • - 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives • - Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures • - Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes • - Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers • - Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration • - Ability to develop detailed project plans, workstreams, and governance structures • - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills • - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • **Preferred Qualifications** • - Experience with Enertia ERP strongly preferred • - Experience working with multiple ERP systems and system migrations • - Background in oil & gas, energy, or asset-intensive industries preferred • - CPA, PMP, or related certification is a plus • - Experience supporting TSA transitions and post-close integration activities preferred ** **
