📋 Description
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare and financial data to support program management within the physician and advanced practice provider compensation department. • Participates in appropriate planning, communication, reporting and implementation of changes that pertain to physician incentives and additional pay programs. • Support monthly compensation process, budget, market analysis through data gathering, data entry, and data validation. • Documents government regulations and internal policies related to compensation.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred, in accounting or related business field • Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards required • Experience in payroll or accounting and an understanding of healthcare preferred.
