📋 Description

• Lead onboarding workshops customized to each customer’s needs and background • Develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders at customer organizations • Meet regularly with technical customers to demonstrate new features, answer questions, and plan Sanity implementations • Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities at existing customers • Support new-account sales cycles through technical workshops and proof-of-concept development • Create and share examples to help customers understand concepts and implement more quickly • Develop and maintain guides and learning modules for common topics • Develop and maintain plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns • Represent client requests and requirements to the internal product team • Work with Support Engineering to resolve customer challenges and unblock specific scenarios • Support marketing and product research teams in connecting with relevant customers and planning events and webinars • Own customer relationships and drive internal and external conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Germany or the United Kingdom • Fluent in both German and English • 3–5 years of experience in a software development role • Advanced experience with at least one framework: React, Vue, Angular, or Astro • Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations • Experience implementing headless CMS • Experience implementing headless e-commerce • Experience as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect at a developer-focused SaaS • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience developing solutions with customers • Problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Structured approach with strong attention to detail
