📋 Description

• Develop holistic design concepts & shape visual brand identity: You create high-quality, print-ready communications with a focus on print and develop consistent design solutions for Sanoptis and our clinics. • Layout, typesetting & final artwork with AI as part of daily work: Your focus is on the precise implementation of layouts, producing print-ready files, and maintaining a clean, structured workflow with the assistance of Claude Cowork. • Brand-compliant work with attention to detail and the big picture: You work with high creative and linguistic precision while always keeping our corporate design requirements in mind. • Collaborative network work: You proactively and solution-orientedly collaborate with our marketing and content teams as well as contacts in our clinics, managing your projects reliably through to final implementation. • Aesthetic advice & conceptual input: You contribute your own ideas and, with your sense for typography, layout and visual design, support the development of our visual communication.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Graphic or Communication Design, vocational training in Media Design, or a comparable qualification. • At least 2 years of professional experience, including the use of AI in a work context. • Very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. • Ability to work both with attention to detail and conceptually while ensuring brand compliance. • Strong communication skills: proactive, solution-oriented coordination within the team and with internal stakeholders. • German at C2 level and business-fluent (negotiation-level) English. • A compelling portfolio is an advantage.
