📋 Description

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and brand plans aligned with global/EMEA direction • Lead product strategies, lifecycle management, and new product launches • Localize and execute promotional campaigns across markets • Drive market analysis, generate insights, and track performance • Oversee reports, forecasts, and marketing analytics • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders • Represent Santen at industry events, symposia, and conferences • Ensure high-quality scientific and promotional engagement with healthcare professionals • Lead, coach, and develop a regional marketing team • Establish team roles, objectives, and performance expectations • Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building • Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance management • Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performance culture • Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other functions • Align countries within the East Region and share best practices • Drive consistency in branding, messaging, and compliance standards • Ensure marketing activities comply with internal policies, local regulations, and industry codes • Ensure timely safety-information reporting according to pharmacovigilance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including prescription product marketing across a regional or multi-country scope • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams • Strong track record in product launches and brand management • Experience in ophthalmology preferred • Experience working in Central/Eastern Europe markets desired • Fluent in English and local language • Strong strategic marketing and brand management expertise
