• 2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager role within the UK market • Proven sales performance and strong commercial acumen, with ownership and resilience to deliver results • Experience managing accounts and strong knowledge of the assigned territory, ideally within hospital settings • Skilled in influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making and navigating complex healthcare environments • Good understanding of UK healthcare systems and market access dynamics • Demonstrated ability to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across primary and secondary care settings • ABPI qualified (essential); ophthalmology and/or product launch experience is a plus.
