📋 Description

• 全社戦略および中期経営計画の策定・実行を主導 • 経営層と連携し、全社的な経営課題を特定・構造化し、解決策の立案から成果創出まで推進 • 事業戦略・事業ポートフォリオを検討し、中期経営計画の主要課題を抽出 • 戦略実行に必要な組織設計、ケイパビリティ、意思決定メカニズムを定義・構築 • 市場、競合、規制、マクロ環境に関する定量・定性情報を収集・分析 • 経営上の重要論点を構造化し、意思決定および資源配分に関する提言を提供 • 財務・管理本部と協働し、売上・利益・資本効率などの財務目標を策定 • 全社目標を各部門のKPIへ落とし込み、KPIマネジメントを主導 • 財務・投資規律を強化する経営管理手法およびガバナンスの高度化を企画・導入 • 成長投資、コスト、人材などの経営資源の優先順位付け・意思決定プロセスを変革 • 部門・地域をまたぐ利害関係の調整と合意形成をリード • 戦略を現場で実行し、P/LおよびKPIに反映されるまで一貫して推進 • 戦略立案、KPIマネジメント、経営層とのコミュニケーションに関するチームを構築・育成 • Corporate Strategyの知見や働き方をSantenグループ全体へ展開

🎯 Requirements

• 戦略コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における経営企画・戦略関連部門にて、全社レベルの戦略策定および実行に関与した実務経験（概ね5年以上） • 中期経営計画、全社戦略、重要経営課題の検討など、経営層に直接向き合うテーマを自らリードした経験 • 戦略立案にとどまらず、KPI設計・進捗管理・意思決定支援を通じて、実行および成果創出まで関与した経験 • 医薬品・ライフサイエンス業界に関する業務経験 • 複雑で不確実性の高い経営課題に対し、論点を構造化し、優先順位を明確にした上で結論を導く力 • 定量・定性の情報を統合し、経営として「何を決めるべきか」を明確な選択肢として提示できる力 • 仮説構築から検証、意思決定、実行までを一貫して考え抜く思考力 • 事業計画、損益構造、投資判断、資本効率といった経営数値に関する十分な理解 • 数字を管理指標として設計・運用できる能力 • 経営幹部・上級管理職と対等に議論し、合意形成を前に進める力 • 海外地域含めた関係者を巻き込みながら意思決定と実行を推進できるリーダーシップ • 複雑な内容を簡潔かつ論理的に伝える高い説明力 • チームとして成果を最大化することに責任を持つ姿勢 • 若手・中堅人材の思考力や視座を引き上げる意欲と経験 • 日本語および英語による業務遂行能力
